Our Performance & Recovery Center is designed for everyone, not just athletes. Whether you're recovering from a workout, dealing with everyday aches and pains, training for an event, or simply looking to improve your overall wellness, our services can help you move and feel your best.
No! Our Recovery Center is open to the public. You do not need to be a physical therapy patient to enjoy our recovery services.
Appointments are recommended to ensure availability, but walk-ins may be accepted depending on scheduling.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Athletic wear is recommended, especially if you're participating in testing or using recovery equipment.
Session length varies depending on the services you choose, but most recovery appointments last 30 minutes.

Absolutely! Many of our members combine multiple therapies during a single session to maximize recovery and relaxation.

For most individuals, testing every 3–6 months provides enough time to measure meaningful changes in aerobic fitness. Athletes or individuals following structured training programs may choose to test more frequently based on their training cycle.
